2. Description of Service

TheGreatest is a structured decision-making platform that provides roundtable discussions with perspectives inspired by historical figures, business thinkers, and other notable individuals. All perspectives are fictional interpretations based on publicly available writings and are generated by AI. They do not represent the actual views of any real person.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Free and Pro Tiers

The Service offers a free tier with limited access and a Pro tier with expanded features. Pro subscriptions are available on a monthly or yearly basis.

4.2 App Store Purchases

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Billing is managed by Apple. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.

4.3 Web Purchases

Subscriptions purchased on the web are processed by Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the subscription management page.

4.4 Refunds

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. For web purchases, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the Service

6. AI-Generated Content

All responses generated by the Service are produced by artificial intelligence. They are fictional interpretations and should not be relied upon as professional advice (financial, legal, medical, or otherwise). The perspectives presented do not represent the actual views or endorsements of any real person, living or deceased.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by TheGreatest. You retain ownership of the content you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your input solely to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
